Mehrangarh Fort: The citadel is situated at a height of 125 meters and sprawled over an area of 5 sq km. It is a fantabulous landmark of Jodhpur. Altogether, there are seven gates in the fort which one needs to cross to step inside the fort-like Jayapol, Fatehpol, and Lohapol.

The Mehrangarh fort is counted as one of the biggest forts of India. The excellent architecture mesmerizes the onlookers completely. Girdikot and Sardar Market: It is impossible to imagine a tour to Jodhpur without shopping from this market. The miniature shops offering a wide range of handicrafts and other antique stuff are worth purchasing.




Jaswant Thada:
The cenotaph is constructed with pure white to pay homage to king Jaswant II in 1899.

Umaid Bhavan Palace :
The usage of marble and pink sandstone in the construction of this marvelous edifice has given a gorgeous look to the entire palace. It took almost 16 years to complete it. The main objective behind the construction of this palace was to assist the people suffering from serious famine in Jodhpur. Currently, it is the residence of ex- monarchs and a part of the hotel is a museum that is open to the general public.



Museum - These Government museums have a large collection of weapons, textiles, miniature portraits, local crafts and images of Jain Tirthankars. Located in the middle of the Umaid public gardens.
